Corporate Account Director – Planning, Design, and Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and cultivate IPG relationships with GPOs, IDNs, and industry partners, including architects, project managers, and asset management teams.

• Provide training, resources, and insights to bolster sales initiatives with key IDN clients.

• Identify and pursue significant PD&C opportunities anticipated 2–5 years into the future.

• Collaborate with the Enterprise Solutions team, Regional Sales Directors, and Account Managers to foster relationships and align on PD&C strategy within the IDN sector.

• Identify, establish, and nurture connections with essential PD&C contacts at the GPO, IDN, and industry levels.

• Work together with internal sales teams to propel PD&C initiatives and strategies at the IDN level.

• Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to develop and enhance solutions for priority PD&C accounts.

• Gather and analyze PD&C market data to refine sales strategies.

• Engage in trade shows, business meetings, and industry events to enhance customer relationships and foster sales growth.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree

• At least 3–5 years of relevant industry experience in sales or marketing.

• Previous experience in people management is preferred.

• Capability to manage a portfolio of products across various selling points and negotiate substantial deals with senior decision-makers.

• General knowledge of hospital and ASC Sterile Processing departments, endoscopy departments, and the standard workflow and governing guidelines of operating rooms.

• Strong business acumen paired with data analytics skills.

• Valid U.S. driver’s license.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% (domestic).

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

• Skills in project management, business/financial acumen, and training/education methodologies.

• Ability to establish rapport and engage with customers at all levels.

• Competence in managing multiple tasks and business requirements, along with creative sales and presentation skills, strong computer proficiency, and a keen attention to administrative detail.

• Lifting requirement: Light (0–15 lbs).
