This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct research on market trends, analyze competitors, and study the language of Spanish-speaking personas to enhance the content strategy of the portals;

• Examine advertising libraries (Meta, Google, TikTok Creative Center) to uncover opportunities that align with the strategy;

• Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices in the development of topics.

• Define and prioritize topics for Spanish content portals, focusing on performance and conversion;

• Structure clear and comprehensive briefings for the writing team, ensuring strategic direction and editorial consistency;

• Review topics and briefings produced by other team members, ensuring quality, strategic coherence, and adherence to performance objectives.

• Write copy for paid media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads);

• Create persuasive narratives aimed at conversion, applying mental triggers and storytelling;

• Propose and analyze A/B tests of copy for ongoing optimization.

• Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS) using Looker Studio and Google Analytics;

• Utilize performance data to inform decisions on topics and copy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native Spanish speaker or equivalent — you write, think, and convert in Spanish effortlessly;

• Mastery of copywriting with a focus on conversion;

• Experience with content strategy aimed at performance and paid media;

• Knowledge of SEO (keyword research and content structuring);

• Familiarity with performance data analysis (Looker Studio, Google Analytics);

• Ability to transform data and research into actionable briefings;

• Critical thinking skills to review and enhance the quality of campaigns and team briefings;

• Organizational skills and deadline management in a fast-paced environment;

• Collaborative profile, working closely with media and creative teams.
