This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Comprehend and interpret the Strategist's strategic brief for every email.
• Acquire modules from the media library.
• Construct the email layout.
• Craft the complete copy while adhering to the tone of each brand.
• Prepare a brief for the Designer that includes modules and corresponding copy.
• Act swiftly on feedback from the Strategist or client.
• Engage in regular creative sessions alongside the Strategists.
• Minimum of 1 year of copywriting experience (email, landing pages, social ads — format is not a concern) for DTC brands; ideally 2–3 years.
• Ability to adapt to markedly different brands.
• A creative and structured perspective.
• Eagerness to extend beyond writing and contribute to the overall creative vision.
• A genuine interest in DTC marketing.
• Capacity to empathize with the customer: consider the audience, brief, and brand.
• Fluency in French is mandatory.
• Preference for candidates with agency or in-house brand experience.
• Bilingual in French and English is an advantage.
• Possess visual sensitivity and an eye for layout (basic Figma knowledge).
• Initially a freelance, part-time hourly contract, with the potential for increased workload based on performance — we focus on long-term relationships, not one-off projects.
