• Craft persuasive promotional content that motivates action. This includes developing ad copy, headlines, questionnaires, landing page text, emails, and various campaign materials aimed at enhancing click-through rates, signups, and referral quality for clinical trial recruitment initiatives.
• Simplify complex information into understandable terms. Clinical trial protocols and medical documents can often be intricate and technical. Your role will involve transforming that information into clear, engaging, patient-friendly messaging while maintaining accuracy.
• Enhance campaign effectiveness through ongoing revisions. You will modify copy based on input from internal teams, clients, and ethics boards, as well as utilizing insights gained from campaign data and previous studies.
• Ensure quality and uniformity. You will perform QA scoring and assess promotional materials for clarity, correctness, grammar, tone, and compliance with guidelines prior to the launch of campaigns.
• Collaborate within a dynamic remote team. You will engage with various teams to facilitate campaign execution, contribute to discussions regarding messaging and performance, and assist in delivering accurate and timely outputs.
• Possess strong written English skills and the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and naturally across diverse audiences and formats.
• Capable of translating technical or complex information into language that is easily understandable for the general public.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for spotting inconsistencies, awkward phrasing, and errors before publication.
• Able to balance efficiency with quality in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Open to coaching and comfortable receiving feedback, with a willingness to revise work multiple times.
• Experience in writing marketing, advertising, social media, email, or conversion-driven content.
• Proficient in using AI tools, Google Docs, project management software, and remote collaboration platforms.
• Capable of managing repetitive tasks while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and quality.
