📋 Description

• In the role of Copy Supervisor, you will blend strategy and storytelling—merging scientific insight with creativity to produce impactful, precise, and emotionally engaging communications.

• You will consistently develop clear, concise, and captivating content tailored for various audiences and channels, including professionals, patients, and consumers across both print and digital platforms.

• Your responsibilities will include overseeing the tone, accuracy, and brand consistency of all copy outputs.

• You will supervise and offer direction to a team of copywriters and freelancers.

• Additionally, you will formulate core messaging strategies for designated brands and emerging business prospects.

• Your contributions will include creative and strategic solutions that promote brand expansion and client success.

• You will lead discussions on copy and creative strategies during internal meetings and client presentations.

• It will be essential to ensure that all content produced under your leadership aligns with client objectives, adheres to regulatory standards, and meets agency expectations.

• You will establish yourself as an authority on your brands—gaining insight into the science, market dynamics, mindset, and motivations behind each message.

• You will provide clinical insights and convert complex scientific concepts into engaging and accurate storytelling.

• Lastly, you will contribute innovative ideas that inspire new opportunities and help shape the agency's trajectory.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of copywriting experience within a pharmaceutical advertising agency.

• Experience in the HCP Promotional Advertising sector.

• Extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical agency operations.

• A diverse copy portfolio showcasing a variety of writing styles, experience, and creative thinking.

• A proven history of successfully launching multiple new brands.

• Experience in delivering persuasive presentations for new business pitches.

• Experience in managing and mentoring team members.

• Ability to effectively handle multiple client projects simultaneously.

• Mastery of the English language with exceptional attention to detail.

• Bonus Points: Experience in High Science copywriting.
