This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist in the adoption and facilitation of Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform functionalities throughout the organization.

• Conduct workshops, personalized coaching sessions, and provide hands-on support to users with diverse technical backgrounds.

• Enable business users to design and manage custom AI agents and automations utilizing Copilot Studio.

• Develop user manuals, instructional documentation, and reusable educational resources to facilitate self-service adoption.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to convert technical ideas into actionable business results.

• Aid in governance and visibility efforts by maintaining and updating the Power Platform inventory and monitoring tools.

• Advocate for best practices concerning platform utilization, environmental management, and solution lifecycle oversight.

• Partner with technical and business teams to pinpoint automation and process enhancement opportunities.

• Assist in establishing scalable workflows that promote the safe, effective, and sustainable use of AI-powered capabilities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Familiarity with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or similar Microsoft AI functionalities.

• Proven experience in delivering user training, onboarding, workshops, or coaching sessions.

• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and communication, capable of effectively collaborating with non-technical users.

• Background in supporting technology adoption, enablement, or digital transformation projects.

• Knowledge of governance, environment management, or Centre of Excellence (CoE) practices within Power Platform.

• Ability to distill technical concepts and present them clearly to various audiences.

• Comfortable working in dynamic, collaborative settings.

• **It would be advantageous if you also had:**

• Experience in supporting organization-wide Microsoft 365 or Power Platform implementations.

• Understanding of Power Platform governance and monitoring tools.

• Experience in sectors such as energy, utilities, engineering, or regulated industries.

• Familiarity with low-code solution design and automation best practices.

• Experience in creating scalable enablement or training content.
