This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

• Oversee and manage Salesforce environments to ensure peak performance, security, and accessibility for users.

• Utilize Copado extensively to establish, configure, and control deployment pipelines for Salesforce.

• Partner with the development team to facilitate seamless deployments and releases.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to deployments, integrations, and environment synchronization.

• Lead and promote best practices surrounding Salesforce DevOps, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather technical requirements, implement solutions, and deliver post-deployment support.

• Conduct regular reviews and clean-ups of metadata within Salesforce environments.

• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and updates, ensuring our environment utilizes the most current functionalities.

• Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices related to Salesforce and Copado.

• Must be a US citizen or have lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years and be capable of obtaining Public Trust level clearance.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Required certifications include Salesforce Admin and Advanced Admin.

• At least 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin, with a strong emphasis on DevOps.

• Demonstrated expertise in using Copado or a comparable tool for setting up and managing Salesforce CI/CD pipelines.

• In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture, environment management, and deployment methodologies.

• Skilled in Salesforce DevOps tools, including version control, data migration, and metadata management.

• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
