Coordinator, Total Rewards

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manages invoice processing for the Total Rewards team and oversees claims payments for specific benefit plans.

• Aids the Total Rewards Partner in conducting audits of benefit plans to guarantee the accuracy of premium and enrollment data.

• Assists retirees and former employees by addressing general inquiries regarding retiree medical, life insurance, pension, and 401(k) benefits.

• Handles life insurance claims for both active employees and retirees.

• Supports administrative tasks related to the annual open enrollment process.

• Responds to employee questions by returning phone calls and managing the benefits inbox and Slack communications.

• Aids in organizing information for the annual audits of retirement plans.

• Oversees the routine input of recipient data into the recognition platform.

• Conducts research aimed at enhancing current reward programs.

• Compiles and maintains data for quarterly reports for the executive team, detailing the utilization of all rewards.

• Provides assistance in administering the compensation tool platform.

• Supports the director in completing and managing compensation surveys.

• Aids in the complete cycle of the annual merit and promotion process.

• Processes regular stipends related to compensation components.

• Updates the intranet page for Compensation and Recognition alongside internal communications.

• Maintains the Standard Operating Procedure guide for the Total Rewards team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or comparable work experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Total Rewards or HR.

• Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• A proactive individual capable of managing multiple priorities at once.

• Familiarity with HRIS functionality.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
