This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Assists clinical leadership and the care team in patient care activities by delivering technical and logistical support within the IKC lane.
• Organizes and facilitates patient case reviews; Distributes the patient list for evaluation and recommendations to the care team following the reviews.
• Aids in quality improvement initiatives by collecting, tracking, and reporting data as instructed by the manager/supervisor and ROM lead.
• Serves as a subject matter expert to colleagues regarding navigation of eligible health plan programs and resources.
• Supports onboarding and training efforts in collaboration with clinical support CSM.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical or health-related office, including healthcare insurance billing experience.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in navigating the EMR system without oversight.
• Experience in leadership roles as a Supervisor or special project lead.
