Coordinator / Senior Coordinator, Project Services – Laboratories

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee laboratory-related elements of clinical trial initiatives

• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and interdisciplinary teams

• Track project progress, pinpoint risks or obstacles, and escalate as necessary

• Keep well-organized project documentation and ensure compliance with established procedures

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field

• At least 1 year of experience in supporting clinical trial or laboratory operations projects

• Skilled in project tracking and documentation tools (e.g., MS Office/Excel)

• Proficient in English

• A combination of education, training, and experience equivalent to the above may be considered
