Coordinator, Health & Safety

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with our Health & Safety Manager and external partners specializing in occupational safety and fire protection, while aiding in the development of our health & safety standards across our expanding international hotel portfolio.

• Assist in conducting hazard assessments and risk evaluations, and facilitate the implementation of resulting measures within our hotels.

• Organize and coordinate training sessions and briefings for staff members.

• Prepare and update safety documentation and emergency response plans.

• Review inspection reports related to occupational and fire safety, liaise with hotels, and follow up on agreed-upon measures.

• Analyze accident reports and formulate preventive strategies.

• Coordinate evacuation drills and other emergency training in collaboration with external partners.

• Support the Health & Safety Manager in the planning and execution of hotel openings and other Health & Safety projects, while independently managing defined subprojects.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess initial professional experience in occupational safety and/or fire protection.

• You are well-versed in the relevant legal regulations and standards pertaining to occupational safety and fire protection.

• You are an organized individual with a structured approach to work.

• You are eager to engage in continuous professional development in the fields of occupational safety and fire protection.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a professional demeanor and integrity, are essential qualities for you.

• You have excellent proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
