This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Facilitate communication with faculty to guarantee that credentialing requirements are set within 30 days of new hires and upheld throughout their employment.
β’ Monitor and update faculty licensure to ensure accurate CVs and maintain ongoing compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.
β’ Identify learners at risk and maintain a contact list, ensuring faculty have the necessary information to aid learner success.
β’ Review and audit communications for at-risk learners to confirm they align with catalog standards.
β’ Evaluate faculty feedback on learner assignments to ensure all interactions meet the standards for regular and substantive interaction (RSI).
β’ Oversee required faculty activities β such as email response times, discussion postings, webinar participation, LMS engagement, learner outreach, and grading turnaround β to ensure adherence to College standards.
β’ Record and audit attendance by verifying academic activities for discussions, webinars, virtual case-based client care (VCBC), and direct focused care (DFC) β within four hours when necessary.
β’ Review final grades to verify accuracy across the Learning Management System (LMS) and Student Information System (SIS).
β’ Analyze flags for proctored exams and provide recommendations to nursing education leadership regarding the decision to uphold or overturn them.
β’ Communicate any grade changes to all relevant stakeholders resulting from grievance overturns, incompletes, remediation, late submissions, and end-of-semester evaluations.
β’ A minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare environment involving medical terminology.
β’ Proven experience in reviewing information for accuracy and completeness.
β’ Demonstrated ability to adhere to established processes and procedures.
β’ An associate's degree from an accredited institution of higher education (preferred).
β’ Certification in medical billing and coding, medical assisting, or ICD-10 (preferred).
β’ Some familiarity with Canvas or another Learning Management System (LMS) (preferred).
