This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• The Coordinator for Data Operations plays a crucial role in enhancing donor engagement and stewardship by ensuring the prompt and precise execution of campaign, acknowledgment, and fulfillment processes.

• This role collaborates closely with the Membership, Fundraising, and Data teams to carry out recurring audience selections, support fulfillment tasks, uphold data quality standards, and assist with reporting and analytics efforts.

• Prepare, validate, and distribute donor data files to facilitate campaign execution, donor communications, and fulfillment tasks.

• Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure that data is accurate, complete, and consistent across all outputs.

• Generate regular and on-demand reports that monitor fundraising, digital engagement, and donor performance metrics.

• Assist in analyzing email, SMS, online fundraising, and campaign performance results.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure that data-related deliverables are completed accurately and on time.


⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, encompassing data manipulation, analysis, and reporting capabilities.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring data accuracy.

• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Proficient in Salesforce or an equivalent CRM platform (Preferred).

• Skilled in Power BI or other data visualization tools (Preferred).

• Basic understanding of Python, R, SAS, or other analytical programming languages (Preferred).

• Experience in supporting fundraising, membership, nonprofit, or donor engagement initiatives (Preferred).
