This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Coordinate and oversee the regulatory compliance of existing and newly created special projects.
• Manage permits with governmental bodies at the municipal, state, and federal levels.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for Salud Digna units in Nicaragua, Guatemala, and El Salvador.
• Establish guidelines and coordinate plans for obtaining permits necessary for the construction and operation of special projects.
• Administer the processes for acquiring the required permits and licenses.
• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Regulatory compliance for the operation of establishments.
• Management of permits and licenses with authorities.
• Experience in administrative litigation practices.
• Management, execution, and monitoring of procedures with health, environmental, and municipal authorities.
• Knowledge of Mexican legislation.
• Familiarity with the legislation of other countries.
