This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operational execution and daily management of impactful interventions within the country (for instance, coordinating logistics, acting as a liaison with local leaders, and supervising interactions with farmers in rural coffee-growing regions).

• Supervise and provide guidance to team members of implementing partners.

• Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and drive continuous optimization.

• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders, country leadership in Honduras, and the Impact team.

• Communicate regularly with Enveritas' Impact and Operations teams to ensure continuous improvement of solutions and timely project delivery.

• Assist in establishing relationships with stakeholders or national and regional implementing partners, including government entities, exporters, farmer organizations, NGOs, and research institutes.

• Help coordinate compliance with local government for field operations.

• Support the implementation of a school program aimed at enhancing learning conditions and school environments.

• Assist with other operational tasks in Honduras as needed.

• Support the design and implementation of data collection tools (e.g., surveys) and training programs.

• Develop knowledge of coffee agronomy in Honduras.

• Create and adapt training materials and deliver training to field staff of implementing partners.

• Conduct analysis of collected data while tracking key project indicators (experience with Excel and/or spreadsheet management is preferred).

• Daily monitor the quality of collected data, systematize findings, and report results to the Impact team.

• Prepare presentations for key stakeholders in the country.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Agriculture, or related fields.

• 3+ years of experience, including project and stakeholder management, preferably with a rural/agricultural focus.

• Willingness to travel and work in rural areas, and to work outside regular hours during peak demand periods.

• Strong analytical skills and experience in quantitative data analysis to drive decision-making.

• Knowledge of data analysis tools and/or a demonstrated ability to learn quickly (e.g., Excel, spreadsheets, Looker, Snowflake, other business intelligence software).

• Excellent verbal and written proficiency in both Spanish and English.

• Proactive and capable of taking responsibility to drive work with limited supervision.

• Passion for sustainable rural economic development.


🏝️ Benefits

• Moderate to frequent travel (1 to 2 weeks per month) to the regions of Francisco Morazán, Olancho, and El Paraíso.
