📋 Description

• Oversee the Cross Brands order generation team, ensuring productivity with quality and a focus on process improvement;

• Maintain constant alignment of the team's priorities, emphasizing the experience of both internal and external customers;

• Engage constructively with stakeholders (logistics, customer service, consultants), adopting a problem-solving approach and serving as a bridge between the team and other departments;
