This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more states.
• Oversee user testing and reporting, which includes issue triage, tracking progress, prioritizing milestones, and preparing client reports.
• Organize and conduct client training sessions, product demonstrations, and create training materials.
• Establish upstream and downstream data integration mappings along with product configurations.
• Assist in defining conversion strategies, executing mock conversions, managing final go-live processes, and tracking issues.
• Engage in production comparisons and reconciliations utilizing BR Data Control.
• Enhance match-rate results through the formulation of new rule definitions and daily reporting.
• Complete activities outlined in the production-readiness checklist and assist in the transition to standard business operations.
• Work collaboratively with both internal and client stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of implementations.
• Collaborate with internal teams while mentoring or guiding junior team members.
• Travel to client locations as necessary for workshops and implementation tasks.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Corporate Actions, Dividends & Coupons within a financial institution or FinTech.
• At least 3 years of experience as a conversions/implementation consultant delivering SaaS projects to Wealth or Capital Markets firms.
• Proven critical thinking abilities and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Experience in client-facing roles with the capability to build robust client relationships while advocating for Broadridge’s interests.
• Familiarity with large-scale projects, encompassing an understanding of the full project lifecycle and governance.
• Exceptional attention to detail for precise reporting.
• Capacity to manage multiple workstreams and assignments concurrently.
• Ability to comprehend and critically assess intricate information.
• Proficient data analysis skills, including expertise in SQL and Excel.
• Experience with Asset Servicing platforms in wealth management, investment banking, or other financial settings.
• Specialized knowledge in Asset Servicing, covering Dividends, Coupons, Tax, and Mandatory & Elective Corporate Actions.
• Understanding of the Asset Servicing lifecycle, including event capture, data quality, position and transaction types, entitlement processing, trade generation, ledgers, and integration with US market participants.
• Knowledge of products related to Equities and Fixed Income.
• Previous experience with Broadridge or its products is preferred.
• Experience in reconciliations, ideally with BR Data Control.
• Familiarity with working in an agile environment using JIRA.
