Conversion Strategist – CRO Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will create roadmaps, formulate hypotheses, and generate ideas and concepts as a member of our redesign and testing team, using data analyses that you perform independently.

• You will collaborate closely with a small, self-sufficient team that includes a senior designer and a senior developer.

• Ensure that your strategies are executed effectively to achieve the highest possible visual (aesthetic) and business (uplift) impact for our clients.
