This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +18 more states.
• Take charge of the CRO and personalization strategy, analytics, and technology.
• Establish and uphold a proactive experimentation and insights roadmap.
• Implement ongoing optimizations across various web platforms.
• Design personalized and highly targeted website experiences tailored to key segments and personas.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of our target audience to convey the right message at the right time.
• Identify and resolve bugs and other issues within current landing pages.
• Evaluate optimization performance and deliver regular reports and analyses of test outcomes and insights.
• Manage the performance of paid landing pages and enhance efficiency from paid initiatives.
• Collaborate with Digital, Field, Content, PMM, and Web Marketing teams to introduce new landing pages and onsite experiences that support a wide range of marketing programs.
• Frequently report on your findings and share insights regarding our ICP and CRO activities.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in conversion optimization.
• Knowledge of CRO best practices, including the latest testing methodologies and emerging technologies.
• Direct, hands-on, and recent experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., VWO, Mutiny, Google Optimize, Optimizely).
• Proven ability to think analytically and make decisions based on data.
• Outstanding communication skills with the capability to simplify findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in devising solutions for complex challenges.
• Preferred Qualifications: Strong grasp of web technologies such as HTML, DOM, CSS, APIs, and JavaScript.
• Background in applied mathematics/statistics.
• Familiarity with paid marketing channels, including but not limited to paid social (e.g., LinkedIn) and SEM (e.g., Google Ads), and their interaction with website analytics.
• Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or proprietary tools).
• Understanding of UI/UX, web design, and industry best practices.
• Experience with e-commerce purchasing flows is an advantage.
