This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Implement the current A/B test roadmap utilizing Amplitude Experiment to launch, monitor, and analyze tests with minimal ramp-up time.
• Manage the prioritization of the test backlog based on conversion rate (CVR) impact and traffic volume.
• Ensure statistical accuracy through proper sample sizing, significance thresholds, and clear interpretation of results.
• Record all test outcomes, insights, and successful variants for ongoing program continuity.
• Assist in high-visibility web launches by validating tests and conducting pre/post conversion analysis.
• Collaborate with agency partners and internal stakeholders.
• Take ownership of weekly and monthly CVR reporting by channel (paid, organic, direct) utilizing Amplitude and Hockeystack dashboards.
• Proactively identify funnel anomalies and conversion declines, diagnosing root causes and suggesting corrective measures.
• Execute quick-win, non-test CVR enhancements (such as copy updates, UX improvements, and form optimizations) as necessary.
• Maintain a consistent reporting schedule and ensure stakeholder visibility throughout the engagement.
• Utilize existing Segment (Twilio CDP) audience segments for on-site personalization and assist in developing playbooks.
• Work with Demand Gen to ensure PPC landing pages are aligned with campaign messaging and target audiences.
• Support high-intent page and go-to-market testing and validation across the organization.
• Assist with any ongoing intent-based targeting initiatives during the contract period.
• Act as the primary CRO contact for Web Development, Design, Demand Generation, Product, and Marketing Operations on a daily basis.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure the integrity of Salesforce attribution for web-influenced pipelines.
• Clearly and concisely communicate test status, CVR performance, and key insights to marketing leadership.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all active tests, decisions made, and the status of programs throughout the engagement.
• Provide a thorough end-of-contract handoff including test history, roadmap status, personalization playbooks, and any outstanding items.
• Minimum of 4 years of practical CRO experience - capable of independently managing a program from day one.
• Direct experience with Amplitude Experiment and Amplitude Analytics is required.
• Familiarity with Segment (Twilio CDP) for building and targeting behavioral audiences.
• Strong analytical skills, including funnel analysis, CVR diagnosis, and test result interpretation.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Salesforce reporting.
• Comfortable collaborating across functions with web, design, and demand generation teams.
• Effective and concise communicator - prioritizes insights and actions over excessive detail.
• Preferred experience in B2B SaaS or fintech; ability to grasp a complex buying journey is crucial.
