Conversational AI Developer – Junior/Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Design and execute Voice AI and conversational customer service pathways in Parloa.

• Connect Parloa with backend systems utilizing REST APIs, JSON payloads, and OAuth2 authentication.

• Create and adjust use cases, including FAQs, customer verification, complaint resolution, troubleshooting, motor reset, and booking cancellation.

• Assist in functional testing, dialogue enhancement, defect resolution, and quality assurance.

• Ensure compliance with GDPR, Responsible AI, security, and data privacy standards throughout the solution lifecycle.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer, training, and enablement sessions for both business and technical teams.

• Work closely with stakeholders to clarify requirements and transform customer service processes into efficient conversational flows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on experience in creating conversational AI, voicebots, chatbots, or virtual agents.

• Proficiency in API integration, especially with REST, JSON, and OAuth2.

• Knowledge of Generative AI, prompt engineering, and LLM-based solution patterns.

• Experience with dialogue design, intent modeling, and automating customer service.

• A methodical approach to testing, quality assurance, and ongoing dialogue enhancement.

• Familiarity with Responsible AI, GDPR, information security, and data privacy considerations.

• Excellent communication skills, with the capability to train both technical and business stakeholders.

• Experience with Parloa, Cognigy, or similar conversational AI platforms.

• Working knowledge of TypeScript and/or Python.

• Experience linking AI agents with enterprise systems and customer service workflows.

• Understanding of AI orchestration, tool invocation, prompt management, and LLM-based architectures.
