• Support all phases of our AI Delivery projects, including the design, construction, deployment, and optimization of AI solutions for various clients.
• Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to create solutions that enable clients to meet their business goals utilizing Cresta's AI product suite.
• Contribute to the design of solutions tailored for contact centers in areas such as sales, retention, collections, and customer service across diverse sectors, including financial services, telecommunications, and more.
• Establish labeling guidelines for training conversational AI models and assist with the labeling process as necessary.
• Oversee model maintenance initiatives to ensure that Cresta's AI models consistently adhere to our quality benchmarks.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Eagerness to thrive in a dynamic environment with opportunities for learning and skill development.
• Basic understanding of Conversational AI and natural language processing models.
• Familiarity with Python is advantageous.
• Experience with any bot design platform is beneficial.
