This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Support all phases of our AI Delivery projects, including the design, construction, deployment, and optimization of AI solutions for various clients.
β’ Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to create solutions that enable clients to meet their business goals utilizing Cresta's AI product suite.
β’ Contribute to the design of solutions tailored for contact centers in areas such as sales, retention, collections, and customer service across diverse sectors, including financial services, telecommunications, and more.
β’ Establish labeling guidelines for training conversational AI models and assist with the labeling process as necessary.
β’ Oversee model maintenance initiatives to ensure that Cresta's AI models consistently adhere to our quality benchmarks.
β’ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
β’ Eagerness to thrive in a dynamic environment with opportunities for learning and skill development.
β’ Basic understanding of Conversational AI and natural language processing models.
β’ Familiarity with Python is advantageous.
β’ Experience with any bot design platform is beneficial.
