📋 Description

• Assisting with on-site connectivity during conventions at a cutting-edge convention center.

• Conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting for technical systems and equipment.

• Collaborating with event organizers and attendees to resolve technical issues and enhance their experience.

• Installing and terminating Ethernet cables.

• Configuring and troubleshooting LAN/WLAN connections.

• Setting up and dismantling temporary network expansions.

• Providing desktop and device support for LAN/WLAN connectivity.

• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards during all setups.

• Maintaining an inventory of equipment and reporting any damages or losses.

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.

• Prior coursework and projects related to networking.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service capabilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
