This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Create and generate control system design drawings and documentation utilizing Revit and AutoCAD.

• Assist in the design of building automation and control systems for HVAC and related systems under the mentorship of senior engineers.

• Support the development of layouts, schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel designs for control systems.

• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and other disciplines to guarantee a cohesive and consistent design delivery.

• Contribute to the design efforts of low-voltage systems, including controls, fire alarms, and related systems as required.

• Update and manage project documentation, ensuring precision and adherence to project standards.

• Facilitate design reviews by integrating feedback and implementing necessary changes.

• Aid in the preparation of submittals, as-built drawings, and commissioning documentation.

• Adhere to internal QA/QC processes and relevant industry standards and codes.

• A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred (or equivalent practical experience).

• 3-6+ years of experience in controls design, building systems, or low-voltage systems.

• Strong proficiency in Revit is highly preferred; experience with AutoCAD is required.

• Basic knowledge of BAS/BMS systems, DDC controls, and their integration with HVAC systems.

• Experience with fire alarm and/or other low-voltage systems (security, communications) is advantageous.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and coordination abilities.

• Capable of working effectively within a team environment and managing multiple projects concurrently.

• Strong communication skills and the capability to follow technical instructions.
