This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and manage delivery teams, offering mentorship and support to accountants.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships, ensuring the provision of value-driven services.
• Design and execute strategic solutions; this position requires both hands-on expertise and strategic planning capabilities.
• Develop and uphold efficient systems and processes for financial operations, encompassing inventory management and production costing.
• Contribute to organizational objectives through proactive client management and team development.
• Offer strategic insights and recommendations to enhance client success.
• Facilitate month-end closing meetings with clients and internal teams to present financial data.
• Supervise the preparation and review of monthly financial statements and essential reports.
• Analyze budget variances and communicate significant issues and opportunities.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts along with strategic recommendations.
• Act as a proactive liaison with clients' professional advisors (CPAs, bankers, attorneys).
• Mentor accountants on your delivery teams.
• Review and ensure the accuracy of all key financial processes: balance sheet reconciliations, accounts payable/accounts receivable processes, inventory valuation and production costing reconciliations, cash management, month-end closing entries, payroll integration.
• Implement and uphold robust internal controls.
• Ensure consistent high-quality service delivery across all clients.
• Meet or exceed billable hours targets while maintaining service excellence.
• Complete all internal deliverables (time tracking, capacity planning, quarterly initiatives).
• Actively engage in All In One Accounting's Brand Ambassador program, embodying our mission and values.
• Represent All In One Accounting in a professional manner while promoting team collaboration.
• Maintain the highest standards of security compliance and asset protection.
• Contribute to process enhancements and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including team leadership, with a preference for experience in the manufacturing sector.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple client relationships in a consulting environment.
• Strong mentoring and team development skills.
• Excellence in financial analysis and strategic planning.
• Exceptional communication skills with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality.
• Advanced technical proficiency with various accounting platforms and inventory/production costing systems.
