Controller GTR – Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Plan, organize, and execute necessary updates in processes for operations based on identified deviations.

• Report deviations in KPIs related to occupancy (tardiness and/or absences or operational incidents) and manage required scaling.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience as a GTR, Traffic Controller, or similar roles.

• Experience in Call Center services.

• Intermediate knowledge of Excel.

• Basic understanding of SQL.

• Familiarity with KPIs.
