Controller – Cost Controlling, Forecast

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will oversee cost center controlling while ensuring that cost structures are transparent and traceable.

• You will take charge of the forecasting and planning process independently, actively engaging relevant stakeholders.

• Your responsibilities include reviewing incoming invoices for accuracy and ensuring they are correctly posted in DATEV and Lucanet.

• You will analyze discrepancies between budget and forecast, extract economic insights, and offer clear action recommendations.

• You will critically assess existing controlling processes and enhance them, with a particular focus on automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess several years of professional experience in controlling or a financial role with an emphasis on forecasting and budget planning. (Must-have)

• You have very strong Excel skills and ideally have experience with Power BI, Lucanet, and DATEV or similar systems. (Must-have)

• You do not analyze numbers in isolation; instead, you derive insights that are relevant to management.

• You approach your work in a structured and detail-oriented manner while keeping a broader perspective in mind.

• You have at least B2-level proficiency in German to communicate effectively with business stakeholders.
