This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee financial and operational key performance indicators (KPIs), suggesting corrective and preventive measures based on data, as well as establishing operational controls and metrics.

• Lead projects focused on economic and financial feasibility to assist in strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate with Treasury and other stakeholders to design and monitor cash flow.

• Manage processes related to corporate governance, compliance, and risk management, while recommending ongoing improvements.

• Act as the primary contact for audit processes, ensuring the timely provision of high-quality information.

• Guarantee adherence to tax, accounting, and financial regulations, maintaining the company's good standing with regulatory bodies.

• Prepare management presentations for the executive team, converting financial data into strategic insights.

• Assist senior management in business planning and in defining management strategies and direction.

• Foster a culture of high performance, continuous development, and results orientation within the department.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Production/Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.

• Postgraduate degree.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in administrative, accounting, and/or financial management.

• Demonstrated experience in auditing (either internal or external), with a strong understanding of risk analysis and financial statements.

• Proven success in controllership with a focus on business results, extending beyond operational accounting.

• Experience in medium to large organizations, preferably with a holding structure, fund investments, and/or subsidiaries.

• Proficiency in month-end financial closing, P&L, budgeting, forecasting, financial projections, and statistical concepts.

• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and making evidence-based decisions.

• Knowledge of accounting standards (CPC/IFRS), tax legislation, and corporate governance.

• Capability to develop and manage financial and operational indicators.
