Controller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will oversee, evaluate, and influence financial management — establishing a foundation for informed decisions in an expanding tech firm.

• Management of liquidity, cash flow forecasting, and monthly performance reviews, including variance analysis.

• Budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and assistance with month-end and year-end closures.

• Providing commercial support for proposals and project oversight for implementation and client projects.

• Development of key performance indicators essential for management and serving as a strategic partner to executive leadership and managers.

• Enhancement of financial processes and taking an active role in the deployment of BI, ERP, and AI systems.

• Assistance in accounting functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in controlling or finance, preferably within a tech or project-driven environment.

• Familiarity with liquidity planning, DATEV, and financial performance analysis.

• Experience with ERP and BI systems, coupled with advanced Excel skills, ideally within intralogistics or automation contexts.

• Solid understanding of SaaS and project-based business models, along with finance processes in growing tech companies.

• Strong enthusiasm for digital tools, automation, and AI applications.

• High initiative, a hands-on approach, and a passion for dynamic work settings.

• Proficiency in both English and German, written and spoken.
