This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the financial management of multiple RealTruck manufacturing facilities and their associated local finance team leaders.

• Offer direction and support to local financial team leaders during the monthly closing cycle.

• Ensure compliance with SOX controls in accordance with company policies.

• Assist local finance team leaders in developing the annual operating plan and conducting monthly forecasts.

• Facilitate the analysis of financial statement variances to identify potential risks and their impacts.

• Partner with both corporate and local leadership as a vital business collaborator.

• Build and manage high-performing teams by identifying and removing non-value-added activities.

• Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is mandatory.

• An MBA is preferred.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance/accounting, particularly in a manufacturing setting, is required.

• At least 5 years in a leadership capacity is necessary.

• CPA or CMA certification is advantageous.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Comprehensive understanding of data management systems.

• Exceptional skills in cost accounting; expertise in standard costing is highly preferred.

• Outstanding written, verbal communication, and presentation abilities.

• Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time is required.
