This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Supervise the preparation and presentation of precise financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and local laws.

• Deliver comprehensive financial analyses and insights to facilitate strategic decision-making.

• Direct the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring it aligns with the organization's objectives.

• Track budget performance and suggest necessary corrective measures.

• Maintain optimal cash flow levels by overseeing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and treasury operations.

• Anticipate cash flow requirements to support business functions and growth initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory obligations, including tax submissions and audits in Mexico and the United States.

• Collaborate with external auditors to ensure audits are conducted efficiently.

• Formulate and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to guarantee accuracy and security.

• Utilize technology and software tools to enhance financial processes and reporting.

• Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of accountability and professional development.

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure financial operations are in line with business goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related area (CPA preferred).

• Over 8 years of progressive financial management experience, preferably in a software or technology company.

• Strong understanding of US GAAP and familiarity with financial regulations in Mexico.

• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and financial planning tools.

• Experience with cross-border financial operations is highly advantageous.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
