Controller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assistance in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the Natuvion Group.

• Participation in the creation, coordination, and ongoing development of weekly and monthly reports.

• Design and development of financial and controlling systems and processes.

• Support for the Finance Team in operational tasks, forecast and budgeting processes, as well as the preparation of various reports.

• Establishment of key performance indicators and development of processes to manage based on these metrics.

• Close collaboration with local departments to ensure the implementation and adherence to processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree in economics or a commercial training with relevant professional experience in accounting, controlling, and bookkeeping according to HGB and IFRS.

• Excellent knowledge in corporate and project controlling, and ideally some experience with DATEV and/or SAP FI-CO.

• Confident demeanor and excellent communication skills.

• Strong numerical understanding as well as pronounced analytical and process-oriented thinking abilities.

• Proficient in handling sensitive data and information professionally.

• Competent in using MS Office programs, especially Excel.

• Very good command of German and English, both spoken and written.
