Controller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will manage account oversight and reporting tasks, which include investigating and reconciling unknown transactions and discrepancies, processing payroll transfers, and maintaining financial records.

• Create financial plans, annual budgeting strategies, and statistical analyses for categorizing income and expenditures.

• You will take charge of risk management activities.

• Collaborating closely with the CEO, HR, Operations, and Support teams, you will monitor and control all incoming and outgoing financial transactions.

• You will act as the primary contact for all financial issues at both the team and company levels, representing the finance department in meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a commercial or business degree/training along with several years of experience in a financial role.

• You have a background in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• You are skilled in using tools such as Google Workspace, Skool, ASANA, HubSpot, Thrivecart, Airtable, Shopify, PayPal, Stripe, Factorial, and Canva.

• Strong analytical abilities: you can swiftly organize and interpret complex numerical data.

• Detail-oriented: you prioritize accuracy and data quality in your work.

• Excellent communication skills, with the capability to present results clearly.

• High integrity: you are willing to address uncomfortable truths.

• You adopt a process-oriented approach to enhance workflows and boost efficiency.
