Controller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee accounting relationships for a designated portfolio of clients

• Develop robust client relationships as a trusted advisor

• Evaluate and interpret financial statements

• Provide support and mentorship to bookkeeping teams

• Offer accounting advice and assist in problem-solving

• Enhance workflows, reporting, and operational processes

• Recognize opportunities for automation and efficiency enhancements

• Collaborate on internal process improvements and technology initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

• Experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller

• Familiarity with Client Accounting Services (CAS)

• Background in outsourced accounting or public accounting

• Ability to manage multiple clients or entities

• Experience leading accounting operations or month-end close processes

• Proficiency with cloud-based accounting systems is mandatory.
