This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of control account scope, budget, and schedule performance from baseline through execution.
• Create and maintain time-phased budgets and resource plans that align with the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Ensure synchronization between cost and schedule, including the proper mapping of work scope, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate closely with Program Scheduling to uphold logic integrity, confirm status, and ensure that the schedule accurately reflects execution reality.
• Guarantee precise Earned Value Management (EVM) performance, including the integrity of BCWS, BCWP, and ACWP.
• Develop, maintain, and defend Estimates at Completion (EAC) and Estimates to Complete (ETC).
• Conduct variance analysis (cost and schedule) and clearly communicate root causes, impacts, and corrective actions.
• Lead monthly control account reviews and assist in program-level financial and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with Program Controls to ensure data accuracy within systems such as Deltek Cobra.
• Assist in baseline change control, including the development and justification of Baseline Change Requests (BCRs).
• Identify risks and opportunities within control accounts and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support EVMS compliance activities, including DCMA surveillance, IBRs, and DCAA audits.
• Over 8 years of experience in program controls, engineering, program management, or related roles with direct CAM responsibility.
• Proven experience managing control accounts within an EVMS environment.
• Strong understanding of EVM principles and ANSI/EIA-748 guidelines.
• Experience working in integrated cost and schedule environments (IMS-driven programs).
• Demonstrated experience in developing and defending EACs/ETCs at the control account or program level.
• Ability to translate technical execution and schedule status into financial performance and forecasts.
• Experience with Deltek Cobra and collaboration with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Excellent communication skills and capability to interface with program leadership, schedulers, and customers.
• High degree of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Experience supporting aerospace or defense programs.
• Background in engineering, program management, or technical execution roles.
• Experience assisting with DCMA or DCAA audits and Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs).
• Familiarity with ERP systems like Deltek Costpoint.
• Active or eligible for a U.S. security clearance.
