Contribution Processor, Payroll Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Achieve proficiency in processing contributions for retirement plans and flexible benefit plans, ensuring accurate allocation of employee withholdings.

• Initially focus on accuracy in processing contributions, followed by increasing speed while maintaining precision.

• Demonstrate a willingness to cross-train and enhance skills and knowledge.

• Keep thorough documentation of all client interactions.

• Participate in team, department, and company training sessions.

• Acquire knowledge of relevant IRS codes and DOL regulations related to retirement and flexible benefit plans as applicable.

• Reconcile payment amounts with corresponding documentation.

• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Resolution Teams, Accounting, and other internal teams to troubleshoot issues related to information or payments.

• Consistently meet or surpass the required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all evaluated areas.

• Foster a positive, friendly, and supportive team atmosphere.

• Complete additional projects as assigned by Team Lead, Supervisor, Director, or Vice President.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

• Quick learner of new systems and software applications.
