This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Support the onboarding of new clients by ensuring accurate data entry of legal documents, including leases and loans.
• Facilitate or engage in virtual meetings with team members and clients via Zoom to assist with the onboarding process.
• Execute software-related responsibilities during onboarding, which includes setting up integrations and verifying data accuracy.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of client contracts to identify discrepancies, ensure compliance, and mitigate risk.
• Draft and amend contracts to align with the company’s standards while meeting clients’ requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the legal and sales teams to ensure contracts meet business objectives.
• Assist clients in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting QuickBooks-related challenges.
• Offer guidance on the effective use of QuickBooks in combination with the company's software solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries and aid in resolving technical issues related to QuickBooks integration.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online is required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service abilities, with a knack for troubleshooting client issues.
• Technologically savvy with the capability to independently resolve tech-related challenges.
• Detail-oriented, adept at managing complex records and processes.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks, juggling multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent follow-through and organizational skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to pinpoint areas for process enhancement and collaborate with the team to implement solutions.
• Ability to work effectively remotely while maintaining communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in the real estate sector—knowledge of real estate ownership or management, or experience in banking or brokerage.
• Background or degree in accounting.
• QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification.
• Familiarity with tools such as Zoom, Slack, Google Suite, Smartsheet, and HubSpot.
