Contracts Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and monitor customer contracts along with renewal terms, actively seeking opportunities for contract revisions and discussions on expansions.

• Maintain a continuous pipeline while proactively managing contract deadlines.

• Create and send proposals and quotations for designated accounts, from the initial outreach until the signing of the contract.

• Collaborate with Customer Success, Finance, Patient Kindness, and the commercial team.

• Lead communications regarding client contracts and provide guidance on scope modifications.

• Timely share documents, integrate feedback, and ensure all parties remain informed and on track.

• Support the negotiation of contract terms as needed.

• Manage amendments, changes in scope, and agreements for expansion.

• Keep organized records and documentation, ensuring timelines are met for accurate execution.

• Recognize and highlight high-risk customer issues and opportunities for contract expansion.

• Identify overarching themes and prospects across the portfolio, providing feedback and recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Contract Specialist, Renewals Specialist/Manager, or in a comparable customer service or sales position.

• Ideally, experience in B2B, life sciences, or healthcare technology sectors.

• Familiarity with CRM software and additional sales tools.

• Exceptional external communication and customer-facing abilities.

• Capability to convey pricing concepts in clear terms and articulate the value of proposals.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

• Keen attention to detail and proficiency in error detection.

• Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to work independently.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across various internal teams.

• Preference for candidates in the EST timezone.
