This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle: assess RFIs/RFPs, assist in proposal preparation, negotiate terms, and manage contract award and execution.
• Create, review, and authorize contract documents, statements of work, task orders, and amendments.
• Ensure adherence to FAR, DFARS, CAS, and organizational policies.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate contractual and regulatory risks; devise corrective action plans as necessary.
• Lead negotiations concerning terms and conditions, pricing, deliverables, and contract amendments.
• Manage contract performance, change orders, and closure activities.
• Prepare for and assist with government audits and inquiries.
• Oversee CPARS reporting and maintain precise, audit-ready contract files and documentation.
• Serve as the main point of contact for contracting officers and program representatives.
• Work collaboratively with Legal, Finance, Program Management, and Business Development to ensure contract terms align with operational and financial goals.
• Maintain and update GSA schedule contracts, ensuring compliance with pricing, reporting, and tracking standards.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field is mandatory.
• This role requires US Citizenship.
• Candidates must be capable of obtaining and maintaining any necessary security clearances applicable to DoD or other clearance-required contracts.
• Professional certifications (e.g., NCMA CPCM, CFCM, or an equivalent qualification) are preferred.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in federal contract management; experience with DoD or civilian agencies is highly preferred.
• Proficient in drafting Non-disclosure agreements, Master Service agreements, and Teaming agreements in both public and private sectors.
• Experience in managing contracts compliant with the Service Contract Act.
• A proven history of negotiating intricate contract terms and overseeing contract modifications.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in negotiating with government officials and internal stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of crafting clear contract language and preparing executive-level briefings.
• Extensive working knowledge and demonstrated experience with FAR and DFARS.
• Familiarity with CAS and other federal acquisition regulations.
• Strong skills in contract administration and lifecycle management.
• This role is fully remote, with occasional travel to customer or company locations as needed.
