This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct the administration of entity contracts and subcontracts across ANR.
• Provide strategic guidance throughout the entire contract lifecycle, from pre-award to closeout.
• Oversee Contract Administrators assigned to each company.
• Act as the primary advisor to executive leadership on contractual risks, compliance status, and business strategies.
• Assist Business Development by reviewing and approving NDAs, teaming agreements, proposal compliance needs, Reps & Certs, OCI inputs, and contractual risk factors.
• Provide entity recommendations to the President/GM and executive leadership concerning risk posture, negotiation strategies, and contractual obligations.
• Lead the review of contract awards to ensure accuracy, including CLIN structure, pricing alignment, period of performance, FAR/DFARS compliance, and internal implementation readiness.
• Manage the administration of contract and subcontract modifications, funding updates, closeouts, and contract file documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance and Project Controls to confirm funding, invoicing requirements, contract data accuracy, revenue impacts, and audit preparedness.
• Spearhead the issuance, negotiation, and administration strategy for subcontracts and vendor agreements, ensuring the appropriate flowdown of contractual requirements.
• Convey complex contract terms, risks, and obligations to non-contract stakeholders in clear business language.
• Create internal process enhancements, templates, checklists, and documentation standards to support audit compliance and enterprise consistency.
• Candidates must be U.S. Citizens.
• Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, contracts, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
• Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience supporting federal government contracts and/or subcontracts; 12+ years is preferred for enterprise-level management roles.
• Experience in direct supervision, managing, or mentoring contracts personnel or junior-level team members is required.
• Extensive knowledge of contract types, including FFP, CPFF, T&M, LH, IDIQ, and task/delivery order structures.
• Strong understanding of FAR (and RFO), DFARS, SBA/8(a), CFR, and federal contracting principles, along with contract lifecycle governance.
• Proven experience in leading contract award reviews, modifications, funding actions, negotiations, risk mitigation, and closeout activities.
• CFCM (NCMA) or a similar certification is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint is necessary.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are required.
