Contracts Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Review, draft, and negotiate various types of agreements, including master services agreements, site contracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other client contracts.

• Collaborate with supervisors and different internal/external key stakeholders to address and escalate contractual issues.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.

• Keep relevant study team members updated on the progress of contract negotiations and execution.

• Establish, monitor, report, and manage metrics related to site contracts.

• Assist in maintaining contract files and databases, including the archiving of contracts.

• Support the design and implementation of policies and procedures to facilitate the timely execution of contracts.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and take corrective actions as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate, postgraduate, or 4-year college degree.

• Equivalent experience, preferably in a scientific or healthcare field.

• Relevant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, vendor contracts, and site budget negotiations, with a minimum of 5 years' experience.

• Proven experience in leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors.
