• The Contracts Manager plays a crucial role in advancing Fusable’s commercial initiatives by overseeing and negotiating agreements with customers, partners, and vendors within a dynamic data analytics SaaS setting.
• This position reports to the Director of Commercial Counsel and collaborates closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, Security, and Product teams, to expedite the completion of deals while ensuring thoughtful management of risks and scalable contract terms.
• As a member of the Legal team, the Contracts Manager (under the direction of the Director, Commercial Counsel) assists in executing and enhancing contracting processes as the organization expands.
• The Contracts Manager is responsible for day-to-day contracting activities, identifying potential risks early in the deal cycle, and escalating complex or non-standard issues when necessary.
• The Legal team functions as a genuine business partner—providing practical guidance, facilitating clear decision-making, and offering responsive support—thereby enabling the company to act swiftly, safeguard essential interests, and grow responsibly while upholding strong legal and ethical standards.
• The Contracts Manager receives support from the Commercial Counsel on intricate, high-risk, or unique issues. Success in this position relies on sound judgment, effective communication, and the ability to recognize when escalation is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in contracts management, administration, or commercial legal support.
• Proven experience in negotiating customer and vendor agreements.
• Background in supporting commercial contracts within SaaS, technology, or other complex B2B environments.
• Knowledge of data protection, privacy, and information security principles.
• Proficient in technology and systems, including SaaS platforms and collaboration tools.
• Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and regulatory obligations.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and persuasively.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and general business software.
• Strong ethical judgment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Process-oriented with a growth mindset.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in law, business administration, finance, or accounting; paralegal certification; contract management certification; or equivalent practical experience and education.
