• Oversee the revision and expansion process for your designated accounts — from the initial outreach to signed execution — in close collaboration with Customer Success, Finance, Patient Kindness, and the commercial team.
• Proactively recognize and monitor upcoming contract revision opportunities and expansion discussions, maintaining a continuous pipeline and staying ahead of deadlines.
• Lead the communication regarding contracts: sending documents, addressing inquiries, incorporating feedback, and ensuring all parties are informed and progressing.
• Manage amendments, scope changes, and expansion agreements meticulously — keeping organized records and ensuring accurate execution.
• Act as the key point of contact for contract-related inquiries and communications, providing responsiveness and care in every interaction.
• Establish trust with client contacts through transparent communication and consistent follow-through — clients should always be aware of their contract status.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Patient Kindness, Sales, Partnerships, and Finance to align on contract terms, identify issues, and ensure timely execution.
• Quickly escalate blockers and know when to engage the appropriate resources.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and pipeline data.
• Recognize patterns and risks within your portfolio — proactively highlight any concerns before they escalate into problems.

• 2–4 years of experience in renewals, contract operations, customer success, or account management — preferably within a B2B SaaS or healthcare technology environment.
• Proven experience managing a contract revision, renewals, or expansion process, with a history of strong execution and attention to detail.
• A genuine enthusiasm for client interaction — you feel comfortable and confident in client-facing conversations, even when navigating discussions around contract terms.
• Strong project management abilities: organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple contracts and deadlines without oversight.
• A clear and professional communicator who can effectively represent Mural Health in both written and verbal interactions.
• Comfortable working across functions in a dynamic environment where processes are still evolving.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus).
• Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
• Generous vacation and paid time off policies.
• Opportunities for professional growth and development.
• A collaborative and inclusive company culture.
