Contracts and Systems Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Assist teams in the CEERJ region with the preparation, review, management, and supervision of contracts and contractual processes, encompassing HCC templated agreements and other agreements with third-party vendors.

• Work in collaboration with Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure that contract terms align with business and compliance requirements.

• Maintain a centralized contract management system, ensuring that renewals, amendments, and terminations are handled in a timely manner.

• Oversee contract performance and obligations, making sure that all milestones and deliverables are achieved.

• Identify and address contractual risks, particularly those associated with intellectual property, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.

• Assist in audits and inspections by providing precise and timely contract documentation.

• Offer training and support to internal stakeholders regarding contract processes and regulatory matters.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law.

• At least 3 years of experience in contract management within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sectors.

• Strong grasp of pharmaceutical regulations, data privacy, and contracting principles.

• Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and communication abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Fluent in written and spoken English, including legal English, with a preference for ILEC certification.
