Contracts and Systems Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Assist teams in the CEERJ region with the preparation, review, management, and oversight of contracts and contractual processes.

• Create, review, negotiate, and manage standard contracts with third-party vendors and healthcare stakeholders.

• Ensure all contracts adhere to pharmaceutical industry regulations and internal policies.

• Work collaboratively with Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure contract terms meet business and compliance requirements.

• Maintain a centralized contract management system, ensuring timely renewals, amendments, and terminations.

• Track contract performance and obligations to guarantee that milestones and deliverables are achieved.

• Assist with audits and inspections by providing precise and timely contract documentation.

• Offer training and guidance to internal stakeholders regarding contract processes and regulatory considerations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law.

• At least 3 years of experience in contract management within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sectors.

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, data privacy, and contracting principles.

• Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and communication abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Acute attention to detail.

• Fluent in written and spoken English (including legal English, preferably ILEC).
