This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee and manage the preparation, examination, and processing of contracts, subcontracts, and purchase agreements.
• Coordinate procurement activities, which include managing requests, Purchase Orders, and Credit Card Orders.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory standards, and relevant funding agency guidelines.
• Maintain documentation related to contracts and procurement, ensuring it is accurate and complete.
• Monitor contract deliverables, deadlines, and renewal or expiration dates.
• Track authorized funds in relation to payments made.
• Act as a point of contact for vendors and internal departments concerning procurement and contract-related questions.
• Assist in negotiating terms and conditions with vendors in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Help define processes aimed at enhancing efficiency and support internal departments in contracting and procurement operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–5+ years of experience in contracts administration, procurement, or a related field.
• Proficient understanding of procurement processes, contract management principles, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
