This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Process contracts in accordance with client policies.
• Assist in the preparation of service termination processing through amendments.
• Maintain an internal database containing relevant information, including legal documents.
• Monitor authorizations and correspondence, ensuring detailed and organized files.
• Keep an audit file for each contract, which will include the original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, and payment schedules.
• Analyze and reduce risk.
• Perform additional duties as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from an accredited four-year institution and 2 to 5 years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Develop effective internal and external working relationships.
• Utilize judgment within established procedures and practices to determine suitable actions.
• Proficient in the English language.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Capable of interpreting complex information.
• Interest in technology with a willingness to learn and understand systems & interpret data.
• Experienced in high-accuracy data input.
• Ability to manage high workloads and meet deadlines.
• Highly organized with the capacity to oversee multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
• Customer-focused.
• Proficient in Excel (including pivot tables and v-lookups).
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated.
• Familiarity with how databases capture information.
• Demonstrated ability to work accurately with large data sets.
