• Note: This is a part-time contractor position requiring 20-30 hours per week for a continuous engagement, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time if client demand necessitates.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a natural aptitude for project management, with experience in coordinating team members, vendors, and client stakeholders to unite around a project plan and achieve deadlines aligned with your client's objectives.

• Your project management style is proactive, taking anticipatory measures and showing an ability to independently manage tasks without requiring explicit instructions.

• You have overseen projects with internal cross-functional teams comprising 8-10+ individuals.

• You are knowledgeable in digital marketing aspects, including SEO, Paid Media, Data Analytics, and User Experience (UX).

• You advocate for processes and continuous improvements, educating the team on project management best practices while remaining alert for new opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency.

• You are skilled at forecasting team capacity for upcoming projects and are quick to devise solutions for unexpected challenges; your exceptional communication, organization, and time management abilities are unparalleled, and your team appreciates you for them!

• You have experience directly interacting with client Points of Contact (POCs) across various levels and can adjust your communication style and approach as needed.
