
Contracting & Credentialing Relationship Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +5 more states.
• Facilitate client communications concerning contracting and payer enrollments.
• Conduct analysis of client KPIs and deliver regular reports.
• Research and interpret payer enrollment criteria with guidance, including fundamental state or payer-specific regulations.
• Prepare and submit applications for payer enrollment, following up to ensure their completion.
• Build approved payers within the enrollment software systems.
• Create and allocate workflows for contract analysts upon receipt of payer contracts for review.
• Oversee client health throughout the entire contracting and payer enrollment journey.
• Review and analyze client contracting and payer enrollment data using the enrollment software platform.
• Ensure the timely processing of location additions, demographic updates, and revalidations.
• Conduct research on payers to ascertain enrollment prerequisites, contract effective dates, and contract types.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Associate's degree in business, healthcare administration, a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of experience in healthcare contracting, payer enrollment, or a similar field.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret and report on KPIs.
• Proficient in enrollment software and workflow management.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in facilitating client calls, meetings, and presentations.
• Proficiency in provider contracting, credentialing, or payer enrollment.
• Familiarity with CAQH, Medicare PECOS, state Medicaid portals, and major commercial payer systems.
• Preferred: Experience with commercial and government payers.
• Knowledge of credentialing and provider data management.
