Contract Talent Acquisition Partner

📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers in manufacturing, operations, and engineering sectors to provide comprehensive full-cycle recruitment support for salaried and exempt professional and technical positions.

• Oversee all stages of the recruitment process, including intake meetings, workforce planning, sourcing strategy formulation, candidate evaluation, interviewing, offer preparation, and hiring.

• Create and implement proactive sourcing strategies aimed at attracting manufacturing and engineering talent, such as quality engineers, manufacturing engineers, electrical and mechanical engineers, supply chain specialists, program managers, and operations leadership roles.

• Employ various sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, professional associations, referrals, workforce boards, internet sourcing, and partnerships with agencies to establish strong talent pipelines.

• Act as a reliable consultant and strategic partner to hiring teams by offering market insights, data on talent availability, and hiring suggestions based on candidate qualifications, interview evaluations, and assessment outcomes.

• Work closely with hiring teams throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure effective communication, aligned expectations, and a high-quality experience for candidates.

• Perform reviews and audits of candidate applications to guarantee compliance with ATS procedures, data integrity, and hiring standards.

• Identify and apply regional and local sourcing strategies customized for plant-based, salaried, and challenging-to-fill professional and technical positions.

• Monitor, assess, and report on essential recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate flow, source effectiveness, and requisition aging.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required, or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting.

• Demonstrated experience in sourcing and recruiting manufacturing, engineering, and technical talent.

• Experience in recruiting across various levels, including entry-level, professional, and senior-level salaried technical roles.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Extensive experience with internet-based resume databases and direct sourcing tools.
